Itinerary:
Day 01 (Tue): Arrive Delhi
➤Arrive in Delhi later this evening or morning. Welcome to India !!!
Meet and Greet upon arrival at Delhi airport and transfer to hotel for check-in. Standard check-in time is 14:00 hrs
Later check into your Hotel and with rest of the time at Leisure. Overnight at the Hotel.
Delhi, the vibrant capital of India, seamlessly blends ancient heritage with modern dynamism. As a city that has witnessed the rise and fall of empires, it is home to iconic landmarks like the Red Fort, India Gate, Qutub Minar, and Humayun’s Tomb. The bustling streets of Old Delhi, with its narrow lanes and spice markets, contrast with the grandeur of New Delhi’s wide avenues and colonial-era architecture. A cultural melting pot, Delhi offers a rich culinary experience, diverse shopping hubs, and a lively arts
scene. From historic monuments to contemporary skyscrapers, the city encapsulates the essence of India’s past, present, and future.

Day 02 (Wed): Delhi - The Capital City
➤Breakfast at the Hotel. Post breakfast proceed for a half-day city tour of Old and New Delhi.
Old Delhi – visiting Raj Ghat which is located on the banks of the river Yamuna, This is Mahatma Gandhi’s Memorial, where he was cremated following his assassination in January 1948. The memorial lies in the midst of landscaped gardens and is made of a simple square platform of black marble inscribed with his last words “Hey Ram”.
Rajghat - is a serene and revered memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of the Nation. Located on the banks of the Yamuna River in Delhi, it marks the site where Gandhi was cremated on January 31, 1948. The memorial features a simple black marble platform with an eternal flame burning at one end, symbolizing his everlasting legacy of truth, non-violence, and peace. Surrounded by lush gardens and tranquil pathways, Rajghat serves as a place of reflection and homage, attracting visitors from around the world who come to pay their respects to the great leader. Engraved with Gandhi’s last words, " Hey Ram," the site embodies his philosophy and continues to inspire generations.
Drive past Red Fort – the 17th-century imposing fortress built in red sandstone is surrounded by a huge boundary wall 33m high. Inside are exquisite palaces and beautiful gardens.
Humayun’s Tomb – Humayun’s Tomb, Delhi is the first of the grand dynastic mausoleums that were to become synonyms of Mughal architecture with the architectural style reaching its zenith 80 years later at the later Taj Mahal. Humayun’s Tomb stands within a complex of 27.04 ha. that includes other contemporary, 16th century Mughal garden tombs such as Nila Gumbad, Isa Khan, Bu Halima, Afsarwala, Barber’s Tom,b and the complex where the craftsmen employed for the Building of Humayun’s Tomb.
The India Gate – commemorates the 70,000 Indian soldiers who died in the 1st world war. 13516 names of British and Indian soldiers killed in the Afghan War of 1919 are engraved on the arch and foundations. Under the arch, glows the Amar Jawan Jyoti flame commemorating Indian armed forces’ losses in the Indo-Pakistan war of 1971.
Post-visit Return to the Hotel for Lunch and then check out from the Hotel.
Post lunch transfer to the Safdarjung Station to board Palace on Wheels Luxury Train.
Report at the Safdarjung Railway station, Delhi before 16:00. The check-in process starts immediately after the traditional welcome ceremony as per Indian traditions with Garlanding, Tikka, and Turban.
The crew/attendant of the Palace on Wheels Train will guide you to your respective cabins. They will serve you the welcome drink and provide a brief detailing about the facilities and amenities inside the train. The Train will start from the Delhi station towards Jaipur by 18:30. Dinner will be served inside the train restaurants “The Maharajah” and “The Maharani”. Dinner and Overnight stay inside the train.

Day 03 (Thu): Jaipur - The Pink City
➤The train reaches Jaipur railway station in the morning. At 7:00 breakfast will be served on the train. By 8:00, the vehicle will be ready for the excursion. Once you get the train, you will receive a traditional Rajasthani royal welcome with Garlands, Kali Ghodi Dance, and others.
Before lunch, you will be taken to all the eminent attractions of the land like the Albert Hall Museum, City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal, Amber Fort, and others. Lunch will be served at 13:30 in 1135 AD restaurant inside Amber Fort.
After lunch, the exploration of Amber Fort continues with the elephant ride. By evening 17:00, you will be taken to shopping at the local markets of Jaipur which are popular for their jewelry, handicrafts, and trinkets. Get back to the train by 19:00. Dinner will be served at 19:30 on the train. By 20:00, the train will start its journey towards Sawai Madhopur. Overnight stay on the train.

Day 04 (Fri): Sawai Madhopur - Chittorgarh
➤The train reaches Sawai Madhopur in the morning. The early morning jeep safari is the best part of Ranthambore National Park. Thus, the day will start quite early on Friday. The excursion will start at 6:00 in the morning (before breakfast). After reaching Ranthambore, your vehicle will be waiting for a safari to experience the explosive tiger and other flora and fauna.
After the safari, you will be taken back to the train and immediately served breakfast at 10:00 in the morning. As you dine, the train will start at 10:20 towards the next destination, Chittorgarh. Lunch will be served during the journey.
The train will reach Chittorgarh by 15:00. After a brief rest, sightseeing will start at 16:00 and you will explore the beautiful Chittorgarh Fort which still resonates with the stories of Rajputana bravery. After exploring the Chittorgarh Fort, you will taken to a restaurant inside the fort for high tea and other refreshments. The sound and light program at the fort will start at 18:00.
You will be taken back to the train by 20:00 for a delicious dinner. Dinner will start immediately. The train stays at the railway station overnight. Overnight stay on the train.

Day 05 (Sat): Udaipur - The City of Lakes
➤The train will start the onward journey from Chittorgarh in the morning and reach Udaipur by 7:00 in the morning. Breakfast will be served at 7:30. After a brief rest, the sightseeing excursion of Udaipur will start at 9:00 in the morning. Before lunch, you will be taken to Saheliyon ki Bari, City Palace, Crystal Gallery, and shopping until it is time for lunch.
Around 13:00, you will be taken to Fateh Prakash Hotel for a delicious lunch. By 14:00, you will enjoy the boat ride on Lake Pichola to reach Jag Mandir Palace, where high tea will be served.
Get back to the train by 15:30. Evening tea is served immediately. After a brief rest, the train will start its journey towards Jaisalmer at 16:00. Overnight stay on the train and delicious dinner will be served on board.

Day 06 (Sun): Jaisalmer - The Golden City
➤The train will reach Jaisalmer by 9:00 in the morning. Breakfast will be available at 7:30. Thus, you can dine and take a brief rest before starting sightseeing at 9:30. Before lunch, you will cover Gadisar Lake, Nathmal Ji ki Haveli, Patwon ki Haveli, Jaisalmer Fort, and Heritage City Walk.
You will be taken back to the train for lunch. After lunch and a brief rest, you will be taken to enjoy a camel safari at Sam sand dunes at 16:00.
After the safari, you will be served tea before starting back to the train. You will reach the train by 19:00. After a little refreshment, you will be taken to Gorbandh Palace for dinner with la ive cultural program. Get back to the train for an overnight stay by almost midnight. The train will start the onward journey to Jodhpur immediately.

Day 07 (Mon): Jodhpur - The Blue City
➤The Train will reach Jodhpur railway station in the morning and breakfast will be served as usual at 7:30. By 9:00, the coaches and cars will be ready for the excursion. Before lunch, you will be taken to explore the famous attractions of Jodhpur covering Mehrangarh Fort, Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jaswant Thada and if time permits, shopping at the local shops.
By 13:30 hrs, lunch will be served at the luxurious Ajit Bhawan Palace. You will be taken back to the train by 16:00.
The rest of the day is free for you to enjoy the amenities and facilities inside the train. The train will start its onward journey towards Bharatpur by 16:30. Dinner will be served on board at 19:30. Overnight stay on the train.

Day 08 (Tue): Bharatpur - Agra
➤The train will reach Bharatpur early in the morning. You will be taken on an early excursion to Keoladeo National Park also known as “Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary” for a rickshaw safari (before breakfast) by 6:30. It is a heaven for bird watchers and see the 380 resident and migrant species of birds.
After safari, you will be taken back to the train by 8:45 AM and breakfast will be served shortly. By 9 AM, as you dine, the train will start its journey towards the last attraction of the itinerary, Agra. The train reaches the marble paradise by 11:00 AM and you will be taken on an excursion immediately from Agra Cantt railway station.
Before lunch, you will proceed to Agra Fort for exploration. Lunch will be served at the Deluxe hotel at 13:30. By 15:00, you will be taken to One of the Seven wonders of the world - the Taj Mahal for exploration and sightseeing. The rest of the day until 18:00 is dedicated to shopping. After shopping, get back to the train.
Dinner will be served at 19:30, while the train stays put at Agra. The train starts its final journey of the itinerary towards Delhi at 20:45. Rest of the day is free for tourists to explore the train.

Day 09 (Wed): Delhi
➤The train reaches Delhi Safdarjung railway station by 2:30. The breakfast will be served by 6:00 in the morning and checkout formalities start by 7:30.
Once the formalities are completed, you will be allowed to de-board the train at your own pace and carry on with your vacation, if desired.
Meet upon arrival at Delhi’s Safdarjung station and transfer to the Hotel for check-in. Standard check-in time is 14:00 hrs.
The rest of the day is at Leisure. Overnight at the Hotel

Day 10 (Thu): Depart Delhi
➤ In-time transfer to Delhi airport to board flight for onward destination.
